1. About these terms

Currents is a property-compliance governance platform. It helps a property management organization track the obligations attached to each of its properties, generate the tasks those obligations require, assign them to the right people, and evidence that they were completed on time.

2. Accounts and access

Access to Currents is by invitation. An Organization Admin invites the people in their organization, sets each person’s roles and manager, and may deactivate an account when somebody leaves. Currents HQ administers the platform itself.

2.1 Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the compliance records you enter and for keeping your sign-in credentials to yourself.

3. What the service does and does not do

• Currents records and schedules compliance obligations. It does not provide legal advice.
• Currents does not file anything with a regulator on your behalf.
• Deadlines shown in the product are derived from the obligation data your organization configures.

How Currents handles the information you store is described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Changes to these terms

Currents may update these terms. The date shown above this document is when it was last changed.
